Tech showed up 10 minutes before appointment and was finished within appointment window. Was very courteous and wanted to ensure the animals couldn’t escape since the front door had to remain open during the appointment. Took his time explaining what would be done during the service. Carpets looked fantastic afterward!

Our carpets are <4 years old and had normal use with minimal spots. They had been cleaned before and looked brand new again when done.

We had an issues with our dog sitter not showing while we were on vacation. Needless to say we had a huge mess by the time we realized. They sent someone out in 30 minutes to help me take care of the carpets. The gentleman was so nice and understanding. The carpets look new again and no more smell. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
